Please help. I'm trying to get my jotform remedied. Your online support is responsive, but when I try and respond to the thread and hit Submit, I get "please wait" and it does nothing. So, I have to start over...this is #3.
My jotform was not initially set up by me, rather, by Agent Advantage. I do not know what happened, just that I no longer have the form to use on my website. AA sent me to you, but I never set it up. Can you please contact them to remedy this issue? 18008893726.
If not, please advise. I need a simple solution.

I checked your website and your form appears to be working properly:
I also cloned your form to make sure the form was working correctly and my submissions went through without issue. There may have been an issue with one of our servers causing you to lag out earlier which would account for why even the forums were taking far too long to load for you. If you are still experiencing this issue please let us know and we will be happy to look into it further. Though as far as I can tell, your form and your website are functioning.
