    Save Forms to Continue Later: The second form populates some other session data.

    Hello Kade

    Thank you for your reply.

    We have enabled the Autofill as you suggested, but there still seems to be a problem.

    The process is this:

    We have a registration form (CSGN Orchard Futures Fund 2014/2015 – Registration Form) that applicants add their name and email address, then they submit it.  They then receive an return email with a link to the Stage 1 application form (CSGN Orchard futures Fund 2014 -15 –Stage 1 Application Form).

    New applicants are reporting to us that when they follow the email link to the Stage 1 Application Form, instead of receiving a blank email to complete, they receive an application form that has been completed by a previous applicant.

    We’re wondering where we have gone wrong in the linking process.  Are the Email Alert settings for the Registration Form incorrect?  We have Notifier 1 and Autoresponder 1, so is there an issue with the fields on one or more of these settings, perhaps?

    Hello Sadie,

    That is strange.

    I did try to test your form and it seems I am able to figure out the issue. When I sent a test submission in your first form, I did receive and auto-responder email with a clickable link to your second form. It URL seems to be complete as it displays the session data which includes my email address. But if you click on the URL, it does not display the email address in the new browser window. Please check the screenshot below:

    Upon taking a closer look at your form's auto-responder email template, I found that you are not using the email field name in the hyperlink. Please check the screenshot below:

    To solve your problem, I would suggest you to change the link URL to  http://form.jotformeu.com/form/41052595744356?session={email4}.

    Do try this and get back to us if the issue persists.
