The user who set up the account is no longer with us, I'd like to change the name, how do I do this?

Do you want to change your account username?
It seems you have a premium yearly subscription account with order #79109765 and subscription ID #24669954. The renewal date for your account is March 21, 2015.
The email address of your account and payment details are different. Are you able to sign in to your account? If yes, we can cancel your current subscription and process the prorated refund. Then we can change your username and you can upgrade your account again with proper name and your credit card details.
Will that be an acceptable solution to you?
