On one of our four payment forms, the form doesn't calculate the multiples.

    On our payment form:

    https://www.mcatennisacademy.com/mcatennisacademy/Online_Sum._Payment_2.html

If you scroll down and try to pay for multiples, for example, 2 weekly half days, the total at the bottom does not reflect the correct price.  All of our other forms are working perfectly. And, this form had been working properly.

How can I fix this problem?

    Thank you for your help,

    Annie

    Hello Annie,

It seems that you have used the Custom Property Tool in your product items.  For it to calculate you should use the Quantity Property Tool.  You can modify the Quantity name to Days or Weeks if you prefer it that way.

Let us know if this does not solve your problem.

    Thanks,

    Liyam

Thank you Liyam ... I re-entered all of the properties as Quantity Property Tools, and it now calculates perfectly.

I'm fairly certain that they were originally entered that way, because the form was working correctly at the beginning of the summer, and our other three forms work.  Is it possible that they could have changes or been updated on their own?

    Thank you for your help,

    Annie

    Hello Annie,

I'm not sure I can answer that.  But one thing's for sure, we don't change oher people's codes. It may be possible that the options for that part was not that carefully selected and was thought to be working.

In a programmer's sense, it's actually quite difficult to do both as programmers would leave unnoticed bugs often.  This is quite similar to the rest who create HTML pages or even people who encode.  This, for the reason why QA (quality assurance) specialists and developers should not be the same people.

But nonetheless, it is great to know that your form works fine already.

If you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to post them, We'll be here to assist.

    Warm regards,

    Liyam
