All submissions received should be reviewed and successful submissions will be tagged with a specific indicator, such as Yes/No or something similar. We would like to do this from the "view submission" page, as we feel this is a user friendly screen.

What is the best way to do this? The problem I am expecting to face is that if I add a new hidden field, it will be also hidden when clicking on the "Edit" button. form the "view submission" screen?  Please note that once successful submissions are tagged, it should also reflect in the excel or CSV file generated so we can filter it in Excel.

    Thanks in advance

    Thank you for contacting us.

It is possible to add a Radio Button field to the form and hide it.

We do show the hidden fields for submission edits from a form Submissions page.

Also, it is possible to flag submission entries, but it will not be reflected on download Excel/CSV report.
