that our form is not encrypted and therefore not acceptable.  How can we provide them with an encrypted form?  Or prove that our form is indeed secure.  They will not clear our merchant account without this proof.

    Hello fosterwebmarketing,

The credit card information which is collected in your form is always sent securely to authorize.Net server. All communication with authorized.net are done using their API securely.

What you can do is, simply use your form's secure / SSL embed code to embed it in your web page. You can also use your form's direct secure URL. This will ensure that all data transfer between form and server is secured and encrypted. The following guide should help you :  http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
