    Cannot customized form

    Asked by edusa2000 on June 24, 2014 at 08:49 PM

    How do I make my form like this?  http://prntscr.com/3w6ffi

    There is no way I can leave the label names inside the input box, so when i click on the input box, the label goes away

    Also,  The error messages won't stay within the wrap? How do we do that?  http://prntscr.com/3w6fr1

    This is the embed script i use  <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/my form #"></script>

    The name of form is called TITLE ME, because I keeps showing the title in LIVVE MODE. How do we hide the title, this way it won;t leave a black space at the top of the form.

    Hello edusa2000,

    Have you already deleted the form "TITLE ME"?

    I did check your account but could not find this form. I did check the other forms of your account but did not find any form matching with screenshot you have shared here. The last edited form in your account is from April 19, 2014.

    Coming back to your questions:

    There is no way I can leave the label names inside the input box, so when i click on the input box, the label goes away

    You cannot have a label name in side the text box but you can achieve something similar by removing the field labels and adding a "Hint Example". Please check the screenshot below:

    Also,  The error messages won't stay within the wrap? How do we do that?

    You can hide the warning error message by injecting the custom css code. Please inject the following custom css code in your form:

    .form-line-error {background: transparent;}

    .form-error-message {display: none;}

    The following guide should help you inject custom css code:  https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    The name of form is called TITLE ME, because I keeps showing the title in LIVVE MODE. How do we hide the title, this way it won;t leave a black space at the top of the form.

    Since you have already deleted the form, I am unable to check what is wrong.

    How do I make my form like this?  http://prntscr.com/3w6ffi

    I will create a similar form and send it to you soon.

    Thank you!

    OK. Thank you. I will be waiting for your form. I apprecaite it.

    Also., I don't want to hide the warning messages. i want people to see it in case if they miss the questions. But I want the warning to display within the little form window.

    This is the form I was working on another account

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/ENTERNUMBERHERE"></script>

    Your form format looks too different from the screenshot you've shared to us. The rounded border isn't present to the form including the top header.

    Naming your form is possible with Jotform: http://www.jotform.com/help/179-How-to-change-the-Title-Name-of-your-Form, so you can present the header without having to show it as the form title. I guess, that was your issue with the form title?

    I checked the error message and it seems to align in your form fields. Anyway you could present us the same form format from your screenshot? We should be able to troubleshoot it more. Well, if you need help with formatting, just please let us know!

    Thanks
