Dropdown with sub-item list for each option

HI, 

I have a question wich answers need 2 level, like a drop down menu when after select one item, automaticly open the correspondant sub-item list.

For exemple, if the 3 first level items are A, B, C, and B have 4 sub-item, if subscriber mouse click on "B", opening a sub liste menu who he'll have to choice between B1, B2, B3 or B4.

Is it possible? (how?
