Workflow: Disable the "require to login" for approval

    I am using a workflow platform. When I reassign a submission due to no response, it is requiring the new assignee to login to Jotform which I do not want. Where is the setting for this?

    Hi Glenda,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. There is a setting in the Approval element where you can turn OFF the "require login".
