Why have I received a messages saying I need to upgrade my account?

    Hi, 

     

    I've received a message saying that I need to upgrade my account as I am limited to just 10 payments per month.  When I look at my account details it says that I have a free account but I paid $139 on 1 April 2014 for a Premium account.

    Please can you investigate and get back to me?
