We are experiencing the same issue since we have added the jotform onto the site via direct code.

All google goals are now showing as a Referal from jotform.

i am unable to see whether these leads have come from organic, Adwords, social media etc.

How do I rectify this issue?

we are unable to embed the jotform as we have integrated a postcode search function into the form which means the form must be directly coded onto the site.

    please visit http://greatgrass.co

    Thanks

    Hi,

As suggested, if you're currently using the new universal Google Analytics, adding submit.jotform to your referral exclusion list would resolve the issue.

Note, that the form submit domain name might be a bit different, here are some examples:

    submit.jotform.com

    submit.jotformpro.com

    submit.jotform.us

    submit.jotform.co

Please check yours and do as suggested. Let us know if this doesn't resolve the issue so we can further check.

    Thanks

I am having the same issue with a clients jotform - signaturecleaning.ca

On the google analytics goal conversion page all conversions are being

I have excluded referal submit.jotform.ca (as well as Welvins list above) and I have added the url parameter ?utm_nooverride=1 (except i used &utm_nooverride=1 since i added it to the end of existing parameters).

Are there any other suggestions I can try? This is very frustrating
