I need to change our credit card numer to pay you - not sure how.

Hi,

The easiest way to do this is to downgrade your account, which effectively cancels your subscription, then upgrade once again when your subscription runs out.

1. Click on the icon found on the upper right part of the screen if logged in on your JotForm account.

2. Click Account

3. Select Billing

4. Click Switch Plan under Starter Kit

You will retain your premium benefits until the end of your current subscription at which point you can sign up with the new credit card.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.

David - my only issue with this is the potential loss of all my jotforms and my submission history....which would be a disaster!

You will never lose your submission history or your forms no matter what level of subscription you have as there are no limits on these.  There are only monthly limits on actual submissions, not on storing them.  You can downgrade and upgrade again then upgrade again immediately if you are worried about potentially going over your limits though.  If you have any other questions, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
