Can I track how many people visit my form, even if they don't fill it out?

    Hi,

I am going to run an email campaign to my form and hopefully drive a lot of traffic to it and would like to track how many people/exactly which people click the link in the email and arrive at the form, and compare this to how many complete the form (to get an understanding of the completion/conversion rate of my form.

Please can you suggest ways of doing this?

    Thanks,

    Poppy

    Hi,

There is not currently a method to do this built in to Jotform.  You can however track your form submissions data using Google analytics.  I have not seen anything track the view count of a form by doing this but I assume it is possible.  Here is the guide on how to place the google analytics code to track submissions numbers into your form:

There may be a way to attach a page view tracker with this same method, but my experience with Google analytics is fairly minor so I can't say for sure.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with and we will be happy to assist.

    Thank you for using Jotform!
