I have been using the paypal feature on your jotform. I have had a couple of payments show up as incomplete. What exactly does this mean b/c on paypal, they show as completed. If it's a matter of waiting for them to officially go through to paypal, does it update on the spreadsheet form that I have it creating?
I'm assuming that this also works together with the column that includes transaction ID. I have a couple that aren't showing up. Can you explain the process a little more for me? Thanks!

In such case, you can manually complete "incomplete payment" submission. Then, it will be forwarded to the form Submissions and integrated Google Spreadsheet.
The issue with valid payments placed into Incomplete Payments might be related to disabled IPN on your PayPal account. Please check the following guides:
