    Hello.  I have received emails from Bluesnap saying that I need to pay for my Jotform renewal or my subscription will be cancelled.

    I attempted to log on with the username provided, tried several passwords, and none of them worked.  I requested password help but never received any.

    I got to thinking about whether or not I need the premium service, since I use Jotform less than we used to.

    If I do not pay for for the subscription, can my account just revert to a free account rather than being cancelled?

    I have canceled the attempt to renew your yearly subscription, your account is scheduled to downgrade back to free on June 26, afternoon.
