The user "bobshoe" is continually having issues with email notifications working for a while and then suddenly not working again. I believe Neil was looking for more cases of this happening and this was the most notable I have seen so far. A few of us have looked into his issue previously and everything seemed to be setup ok on his end. The form ID#'s should be 40338450758963 and 22330717997461
We had it working for a short time. Now only one of the two forms on the sites send email notifications.
We get forms from http://naturopathix.com/samples.html
but NOT from http://zymadermsamples.com/request-samples/

Is the user using an email client software such as Eudora, MS Outlook, or any related software for downloading and reading emails? If so, ask the user to check his email via webmail and check the spam folder there. Emails that land on other folders aside from the inbox don't get downloaded normally.
