Can't access my account

    My account was disabled, but I already have upgraded but it doesn't work. Can't login, JotForm doesn't recognize my username...

    I tried to find a registered account under your email address "linaporras@gmail.com", but I did not find one, could you please share a link to a form that is hosted on your registered account?
