    hello.

plan premium in many accounts can I create with my same domain? Example, 1@mydomain.com, 2@mydomain.com, 3@mydomain.com, 99@mydomain.com .... it?

The limit of 1000 messages received, will be the sum of all these areas together receiving messages?

    Thank you.

    Hello publycydade,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you mean to say that you want to create multiple account using different email address of same domain? Yes you can do that. You can create one account per email address.

When you upgrade your account, the premium submission limit will be applied to one particular account which you upgraded. It is not possible to use the premium limit on multiple accounts. What you can do is that, create one main account and upgrade it to premium then you can add multiple sub accounts. Please be noted that the forms will be in the main account only and the sub accounts will just be able to edit the forms of main accounts. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!

    understood.

But have a plan especially with the number of sub-accounts 100 and available space of only 10 gb for a better price? because only have sub-accounts and all the space of 49 dolars Plan which 1TB is not necessary.

If my account needs exceed the quota for the professional level for more than 100 sub-user accounts, as it would be in this case?

In that case, you will need to create and register another master account to be able to have more sub-user accounts.

If you don't mind, may we ask why the need to create so many sub-user accounts?

I have more than 150 customer sites under my administration. In this case, it would be the need to create a form for each site in my master account, designating a sub account for each form, because if you do not configure the sub account, sending a form for a client, will cause all e-mail registered in the system receive the message copy.

So this would be the need. I believe it is not the best way?

I remember someone asked us for the same question. How much sub-account do you need? Additional 50 Sub-user accounts? OR 100? Our higher ups confirmed that we can increase you limit if you need to. Just please let us know!

    Thanks

certainly in a period of time will exceed the quota of 100 sub-account, so got doubt. but if it is to increase after perfect.

would be very nice if there were more accounts with customized plan, but without the need for so much space.

if you have something to format now and in the future, let me know.

The Sub Account is a good option, but it is not required for another email recipients. You can have completely different email recipients on the forms,, and they will not be conflicting between each other.

    For example, you can use:

    email1@somedomain1.com, on form #1
    email2@someotherdomain2.com, on form #2
    email3@anotherdomain3.com, on form #3
    etc.

Thanks friend, everything went right now. The problem was that I left several email accounts configured on (email alerts) tab so any message written on the form, all emails registered there received the message copy. a great tool, I will do my subscription to the paid plan! Thank you.
