What size restrictions are there for file uploads in each paid package? Or is it the same everywhere?

The only difference between the paid plans and the free plan is that, free account has upload space allocation of only up to 100 MB. Please check our pricing page for more information on our plans and its submission limits.

Just for clarification (because I asked the question rushed) at the moment people submitting files have a limit of 1024kb. Is there anyway to increase that to at least 2MB?

You have to click the File Upload field, in the properties toolbar, click and change the Max File Size value:
