    I always face this issue. The submission time always changes the style due to which my whole calculations are affected. How to retify that?

    Hello chiragvora123,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    When you say that "The submission time always changes the style", do you mean to say that the time format gets changed or you have done some customization on your google spreadsheet?

    Please be noted that any changes in the column names will cause the integration to break. Please explain your problem a bit more in detail. I would suggest you to share a screenshot of the problem for us to be able to understand your issue better. The following guide should help you upload image in your forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    See what happening is sometimes the timestamp is 6/26/2014 13:29:10 and after few time it automatically changes to 06/26/2014 13:29:10 due to which all my formulas are getting wrong.. And more over.. the bad part is i have done calculations in different sheets of same spreadsheet, it automatically gets deleted and i have create all my formulas again

    @chiragvora123

    Our Google spreadsheets integration works in a way that each time a new submission is created, JotForm uploads the entire spreadsheet from our server to your Google account, overwriting the old copy. That also means edits made to the spreadsheet will be gone.

    Unfortunately, there is no way around this. Our integration works this way to protect the integrity of the data on Google's servers, e.g., if a column is deleted or went missing, syncing data would be a mess.

    Create another sheet to view the data by referring to the other sheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1N4cuM_IuNXwAF3Kibgyh3DIKWOYUS179W07itw9Mjlg/edit#gid=1754351616
