Confirmation email does not display all responses.

    4 - the confirmation form returns to my email account like the following

    Name rose antaw
    E-mail roseantaw@gmail.com
    Phone Number (61) 0422147836
    Enter the number associated with your photos in the boxes below, then submit your order.
    Enter the number associated with your photos in the boxes below, then submit your order.

    Hello propertyshot,

    It seems you must have edited your form's notification email alert and then added your form fields. That is the reason why all the fields are not being displayed in your submission emails.

    To solve your problem, I would suggest you to delete the existing email alert you have in your form and then add a new one. The new email alert will have all the questions from your form. The following guide should help you:
