I have set up a form for a client's web page with the link to JotForm. I am receiving PDF's of his JotForm submissions. How do I setup the "Submit" button to send to the client's email, not a PDF to me?

In your case, changing the 'Recipient E-mail address' can resolve your problem. Please see the following picture-

Note that 'Test email' always goes to form owner email address.
