    To whom it concerns,

As it stands right now, when we submit a form then it sends us a copy of the answers within the body of an email. Could we change the option to get a PDF version send as an attachment to a particular email istead? Also, is there any flexibility around which questions appear on this exported PDF version? We were hoping to hide particular questions on certain occasions. Thanks for any help or tips that you can offer.

    Hi Mark,

You can actually just use the linked PDF of the form submission as the only content of the email message.

Unfortunately no. The PDF file of the form submission data is fixed and not editable by any means. All the fields, even when empty/unanswered will still appear in the PDF submission file.

    Hello Mark,

We have recently enabled custom PDF design via:

Submissions page -> click Get PDF -> Customize PDF.

Using the editor you are now able to edit the look and layout of submission PDFs. Please take a look and let us know your thoughts.

Thank you very much for your patience.

    Kind regards

    Hi Mark and Jonathan,

My submission form has a theme background pic.

But when I customize the PDF by deleting sensitive fields, the background image disappears and I'm left with a plain white background.

Is there a way to edit pdf content without losing the theme background image?

    Thanks
