When I look at my Drop Box contents I don’t see anywhere near a 10 gig limit. What am I missing? See the screen shot attached.

    Hi,

Yes the 10GB represents the amount used in stored files on our server.  Clearing out some of your submissions will reduce this.  I went ahead and removed the scheduled downgrade but please keep in mind that our systems may automatically place it on your account again if you don't clear some old files.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with and we will be happy to help.

    Thank you for using Jotform!

    Hello zipprepress,

It seems you have one form "Send a File" which has 929 uploaded files. Do you mean to say that they are not worth 10.08 GB?

I did try to refresh your upload storage space but it seems to display correct figure. I would suggest you to please delete some submissions from your form which has file attached. Deleting a form submission will also delete the attached file resulting in clearing upload space.

    Thank you!
