Hi, we upgraded our account to a premiu account on june 20, by submiting our credit card information data. We also received 02 messages from Jotform on the same date confirming the operation.
But on junte 23, we received another message warning us about some "account over quota", even if we have already done the upgrade.
Please, verify this situation.

I do not show an account associated with you email address. The only account I see is a guest account with no forms in it. If you could please let us know which account you have upgraded or the email address associated with that upgrade, we will be happy to look into your issue further.
