Hi! We integrate our forms with hubspot and it works well. We have a form that will need an approval. Is there a way to log the approval in hubspot to show the form was approved and/or the date the form was approved?

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. I have made some tests and the Approval Status cannot be logged in to the HubSpot Integration. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.
Although that feature isn’t available yet, as a workaround, we can use the PDF Submission Report where the Approval Status can be implemented.
Then, we can use the Google Drive Integration where the submission data will be integrated together with the Approval Status; therefore, using third-party platforms like Zapier, the Google Drive and the HubSpot integrations can be merged, and the file with the Approval Status can be integrated into HubSpot.

I am working on something similar. What I can't seem to work out is how to get the submission data from the PDF that is loaded to google drive > into Zapier?
I have google drive setup as the trigger in Zapier (New File in Folder trigger). It retrieves the file meta from google drive (including the link to the PDF).. but I can't get any of the data to use (ie Approval Status).
Do you know if I need to find a parser app to parse the pdf data first? in a zapier step?
