I have downgraded my SSL form to the standard non secure, am I still over quota?

Once you surpass your account limits the account is automatically set to be downgraded. With the SSL submissions unfortunately there is now way to reduce this on your end. I can however reset this once per account and went ahead and did so for yours. I also removed the downgrade and you should no longer have any issues as you seem to have removed the SSL requirement from your form.
