Using Jotforms within the sales process

    Greetings. Can I use Jotform as a order sales platform? As an example;

    (1) Have salesperson complete form

    (2) Have form automatically sent to client for review and client submittal

    (3) Client accepts and approves (submits order)

    (4) Receive email confirmation form has been submitted by client

    (5) Have client receive a thank you email

     If I use the edit link feature in the email going to client in the above example can I then have the client review and approve by clicking the submit button? Can I then have an email sent to client after client submitting order? Can I also receive an email after client approves?

    Thank you for using JotForm.

    You can absolutely have your users complete your form. You can do this by sharing your form's url or by embedding the form into your website. You can also send a copy of the submissions for your clients to review through the use of JotForm's auto-responder with the help of the {edit link} approach, which was discussed thoroughly through these first and second threads. For your #4 and #5 requirements, of course you can do that through JotForm's e-mail Notifications and Auto-Responders , where you can receive email confirmation that a cllient has successfully submitted a form and automatically sends a thank you message to them.
