Is it possible to create different entries into the Google spreadsheet from the same form? For example the sales team taking this survey will be selecting multiple manufacturers and then answering the same questions about each one separately. Is there a way to get each manufacturer and the corresponding answers to the questions to be a new row in the spreadsheet?

Yes, I believe that is how Google Spreadsheet Integration works. Every form submission will be automatically added into a new row. However, editing or updating the existing submission will also update the corresponding record on the sheet.
