Why don't I receive jotform e-mails?

    Hi,

    I have differents forms for differents e-mails, I do receive the message from the web form,

    I can view the submissions via jotform.com but i don't receive these message in inbox e-mail

    (ventas@tortilladorasautomaticas.mx) and the same case with other domain: ventas@tortimaq.com.mx

     

    What can I do?

    Neither of those either are on our bounce list:

    And it seems as though the emails are being sent to you:

    Please check to make sure that your domain is not blocking "noreply@jotform.com" and also that the emails are not being sent to your spam or bulk mail folders.  If you are still having issues, please let us know and we will be happy to look into it further.
