We made a account upgrade on june 21 to a premium yearly using our credit card information, and we also received 02 confirmation message. And the U$ 90,00 of the upgrade (R$ 210,91) was already discounted from our credit card.
But on june 23 we received another message telling us about "Account over quota". Please verify this situation.

Our records do show that you have indeed purchased a year of premium subscription. Sometimes there is a bit of lag between when the payment is processed and the account upgrade goes through, but in you case this is taking far too long. I went ahead and removed the scheduled downgrade, manually upgraded the account to premium and checked to make sure your form would be able to once again receive submissions. Everything should now be working properly and your account status should reflect your new subscription.
