cannot complete pending submissions

    Thank you for using JotForm. 

    A pending submission occurs when your clients do not complete a purchase or payment. You can manually complete or delete them when that client personally paid you the amount through cash, check, or the like. You can manage your pending submissions by navigating to your submissions page, and click on the "Pending Submissions" found in the menu bar. However, I've checked your account and found no pending submissions. By any case, have you solved your issue already?
