Good Evening, I have 4 of 100 submissions used, 4 of 10 payment submissions used and 4 of 10 SS submissions used but when I attempt to process a test order I've gotten this message the last 3 times in a row.Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.Multiple submissions are disabled for this form.
I'm not sure how to proceed to surpass this error and thank you for your assistance in advance.

Upon checking your form, I found that you have set the "Unique Question" in your form. Please check the screenshot below:
Since you have set your email address field as unique question, you will not be able to use the same email address for multiple submissions. That is the reason why you see this error message. Use some other email address for test submission and you will be able to submit your form successfully. If you do not want this unique question or allow the same email address to be used for multiple submission, you need to remove this unique question from your form.
