Is it normal for a page with your form to take a while to open

Hi,

I am developing our website and have embedded one of your forms in our contact us page> Before I go live I like to test it (obviously) but have noticed that although our pages normally open quite quickly, the contact us page, although opening at a normal speed, then hangs for quite a while (over 10 seconds) while the embedded for loads.

Is this normal for one of your forms? It is a simple form (see attached) so I cannot understand the delay in it being visible???

Hi there,

I just checked your form but it seems to be loading fine on my end.

There could be a number of reasons. A temporary slowdown on one our servers seems possible, or your site might be waiting for everything else to load before loading the form depending on your embed method. 

However, we can't be sure before further investigation.

Can you please check if the issue is still present? If it is, is there some way we can access/view this page in question?
