    Hi Jotform Team,

i have a Problem with my Form. It was testet with SSl on the website, and now the SSL Limit is full.

The Form does not work anymore, but i don't need to use SSL Transmissions. I would like to use normal Submission way, as i updated the formcode on the website now from ssl to non-ssl.

It seems the old SSL counter does block the Form now. Can you help me out ? Perhaps the SSL Counter can be set to zero?

Thank you so much for helping. The Form is used on an non-profit ORG Website http://villehaus.de/kontakt.html

Sorry for my bad english. It has to improve :-)

    Hi,

For this time only, I have reset your SSL submission counter to zero(0) to be able to re-activate your account.

Please take note that this is one time only and we may not be able to grant similar request again next time.

I checked the embedded form in your website and noted that it is no longer using secure URL or SSL submission. So, you should not be getting SSL submission from the embedded form anymore.

Please inform us if there is more we can help you with.

    Thanks!
