    Share Form with another account?

Asked by randib on June 27, 2014 at 09:36 AM

I have a form I created under my account which I want to use for a group I volunteer for.

I would use my account and just change the details, but I can't seem to change my user name. I know I can alias the form, but the root is still my user name.

Can you change my user name, or can I share the form with my new account?

I know I can just re-create the form in the new account, but if I can save an hour doing that and just tweak what I have I would prefer that.

My account was a free account to test the form, now that we are happy with the results we are either going to upgrade my account (if username can be changed) or create a paid account.

    Hi there,

    Yes, cloning is an option.

You can also share a form by adding a sub-account in your own account page in case there's already existing submissions.

You can find more info here.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
