    Hello,

In first, it's a very good job. I think, for the pricing per month is too expensive, but it's my opinion...

    - In the case birthday picker on your website the months are in french but not in my website, why?

    - The button to clear the form is in english, how can I change it?

    - It's possible to send a copy of the submission under a condition to an another e-mail?

    - In the adress field it's possible in the future give the possibility to don't have a filed like : state, country,...?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Ricky,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

When a form is translated, for the date picker, it excludes the month and day. This has already been added on our feature request list. However, there's no definite timeframe on when will this be available. The best this you can do for now is to manually edit your form. Same is true with the clear button. To do this, embed your form using Source and then modify the codes to reflect the correct translation of the clear form text and the month names.

To get your form's Source embed codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click Source

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

Find the text "Clear Form" and "January" in the codes and then replace it with your translated text before embedding the codes in your page.

For your third question, you can do that with JotForm's Conditional Logic. First create your email notification and go to your Conditions. Select "Send an Email after submission".

Instead of using the Address field under Quick Tools, you can manually create something similar and customize it through the use of textbox fields.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

    thanks for you answer.

To modify the code, I need insert all the code in my website? In can't modify it and send it again to your website?

Will you in the future add a minimum of numbers in the fields?

    Hi there,

You can modify your codes by copying it from JotForm and use any text editor applications or IDE such as Notepad++ or Dreamweaver to modify it. After making the necessary changes, copy the code and paste it now in your website.

For your last question, are you referring to setting maximum allowed characters in a field? If so, you can do that with JotForm's Max Size. Just select the field and find Max Size in the menu bar. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Hope this helps. If you do have any other questions, please feel free to contact us again.

    Hi Ricky,

We do appreciate our customer's suggestions and feedbacks and I think this would be a nice feature for JotForm. I will try to submit it to our feature request list and hopefully, our developers can integrate this in the future. You will be informed for any updates through this thread. Thank you.
