I contacted Jotform concerning my attempts to add a form to my Shopify store. I received a prompt reply from Johnathon. I then tried to access the link that he sent me but I got a message that indicated an error and my browser was unable to access the link. I also tried to reply back to him but google was not able to forward my reply to him.
Thank you for the prompt reply and I hope that you can resolve my problem with adding the form.
