    The following page is showing up in search engine results page when doing a search on our company "BioKlar"...

    How can we stop this from showing up as I don't want this to be seen when it's not technically connected to our website?

    I checked the link to you webpage where you see a "JotForm Page", I can only see the form that you have embedded on that webpage:

    I submitted the form, and there is a custom thank you message. Could you guide us where you see that page? You could upload a screenshot, so we can have a better understanding of the problem.
