Collapse Form Ending not working

I have successfully ended my collapsed lists through out my form. However, the very last one is not showing when I preview or click the link to test the form.  There should be an end link after "step 6" and a title above the collapsable form of "Step 7: Actions."  I cannot see how this is any different than the other collapse form endings I have created earlier in the form.  

Am I missing something?

I have cloned your form and tested both cloned and original versions, the Step 6 & Step 7 Collapses look good on my side.

If the issue persists on some external web page with form, please provide us with the URL in question.
