I have missed at least two application submissions that I know of. One was just entered last night, and I was hoping you guys could take a deeper look on your end to find out what is going on and where all of that information went. Please help so I know if I need to move all my forms elsewhere or not.

How did you know that you're missing submissions? Did you receive an email from the form but it's not available in your form submissions page? If yes, do you still have the email? We'd like to check it so please forward the email to email@example.com.
Once someone submitted to a form, that should be available in the form submissions page. You may have receive a submission from a different form from your account. Your thoughts?

This is my reply:
To fix that, I would recommend re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Since the form is placed inside an iFrame, that shouldn't create any conflict to your webpage.
Please do as recommended and update us if the issue persists.
