Can I do conditional emails based on the answer to questions in the form?

For example, if I have a question on a checklist that states "Is the internet working: yes or no" with checkboxes, can I make it so that if "no" is selected the JOT is sent via email to our tech support, while if answered "yes" tech support is not notified?
