I need to approve submissions before they are emailed out. How can I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just want to confirm your requirement is to not send out the email notification to the respondent until the approver approves the request. If so, it can be done by simply deleting the first auto responder email which is sent when respondent fils out the form . Let me show you how to do it:

• Click on the Setting on the Orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
• In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Hover over your mouse on Autoresponder Email and click on the Trash can Icon.
• Click on the Yes button to confirm it.

Once this is deleted respondents will not receive the email notification until the approver approves the form.
