Unable to save changes in Autoresponder email

    I have been in the form to change the autoresponder email 3-5 times. I don't know what I'm supposed to do. When I think I have done it correctly, it doesn't change. Help!

    Hi Ann,

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused. I've cleared the form cache in our server to refresh the form. This will not affect the form data. Kindly try to update the Autoresponder email, be sure to click on the Save button.

    If it's still not saving, log out from your account and then clear your browser cache and site data.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
