Again, I can't Find My Form Among The Template. What Can I Do?

Please I created a form, and I wish to make it public so that other people can clone it, if they want to. I think I have done the necessary settings, but I can't find it when i try to search for it at the template page. can anyone give me steps to follow so that my form can be search able?

Once a template is submitted it goes through a manual check to make sure it meets our criteria for templates.  If there is something about the form such as incomplete fields, anything that could be interpreted as a phishing attempt or anything of that sort, the form will not make it into the templates gallery.  You can try to submit your form again, or if you would like to have us look it over for suggestions, please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
