    Is there a way to move the suffix in front of the first and last name fields?

    Hi,

    Yes that's possible with Inject Custom CSS codes. https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    Though, I'm a little unsure about the desired position you want. Do you mean in front of the first and last name fields literally?

    How about using the middle name instead and change its label to Suffix?
