Email Notifications not coming through

    Hello - I've got two forms that will not send email to a particular email address.

    The forms are New Generic Message Format and Generic Message Format - I can get them to send email notifications to other email addresses, but when I set them to sup*****rs@a******st.com, the emails don't go through.  Can you please check your logs and advise?  Thank you.

    If you notice that notifications are not coming through, your email address might be in our bounce list. Your email address in this particular case actually was, I have just removed it.

    But you can remove yourself from it in the future. Please follow these steps:

    -Click on the human shape icon:

     

    Then go to  Settings > Check Bounce List  , paste the email address  and click on Check

     

    If you find out that your email address is  in the bounce list, just click on Remove
