When I fill out the forms on my website and hit submit, it appears that nothing happens. But when I scroll on the page, I see a captcha box asking me to enter in a new word. This captcha is not easily visible to the eye, I really have to go searching for it. A client filling this out may think it went through and click away from the page, thus the reservation has never been submitted. I wonder how many reservations I've lost? Is there a way for this second captcha box to appear down toward the bottom where the submit botton, rather than scrolling up and up to see it?
Thanks,
Julie -

Hi Julie,
Can you please share also to us the URL of your website where we can test the form?
I assume this is the form http://www.jotform.us/form/41661137696158 in question.
Using the direct URL of your form, I am able to view the captcha field easily

For initial troubleshooting, you may also want to try first re-embedding the form again into your website using its iframe code embed.
User Guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Check if it makes the difference.
Hope this help. Please inform us if issue persist.
Thanks!
