Hi - I have exactly the same problem. All the data has disappeared except one new submission received about an hour ago.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The grid report does not display the submission records.
I am reporting this to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as the issue is fixed.
