They're actually passed to Stripe. It's on the customers section when you open your Stripe Dashboard. Check the following screen.

If you have further questions, let us know.

    Best Regards!

Yes I've checked there and mine show blank.

Does the form field on JotForm have to be named "Description" for this to work?

Or...can you send me a link to the form you used to run that transaction?

    Hi,

Actually the "Description" label in the Stripe's dashboard was the placeholder name for the form's Product fields. It is not the field name or came from that.

Not sure why it was blank on your end, but it might have to do with the fact that your sample item/product was only 1.00USD.

Can you retry the integration again.

Do it by removing the Stripe payment tool and add it again following this user guide -How-to-Integrate-Stripe-with-your-Form

Please inform us if issue remains.

    Thanks!

Followed those instructions and increased the price from $1 to $400. Still no product description update.
